Alison Sigmon, M.Ed, PMP
Founder & CEO
Alison has 20 combined years of experience in clinical counseling, leadership,
facilitation, training development, and project management. Her work in the military,
with government agencies and public and privately owned corporations, ownership of
two small businesses, and consultation nationally and internationally have led
her to creating, along with her uniquely qualified team, an accessible, easy
to use process to help others help themselves when faced with decision or
performance needs. Recognizing that an individual or a work team has extremely
limited time and cannot always be available for face-to-face support or
collaboration, Alison has pursued an objective to provide a virtual,
one-stop opportunity to individuals and teams as an alternative to traditional
methods of assessment, skills development, support, and performance improvement.
